Central Line CoffeeTM was founded by Dr. Foster Goss, an Emergency Physician with a passion for coffee. After 40 years of drinking coffee, he stumbled across a small cafe in Paris where he experienced the best coffee he had ever had, inspired by the texture and ﬂavor of espresso served in tiny, specialty coffee bars in Japan. Shortly after, he founded Central Line CoffeeTM to bring this exceptional coffee to the world and healthcare.
What is Central Line Coffee?
At Central Line CoffeeTM we are committed to creating a large impact through small conscious decisions. We give 10% of sales back to non-proﬁts in healthcare and social services. Purchasers can choose from selected charities or one of their own choice, as long as it is a 501(c)(3) organization. We are proud to be able to make a difference in the lives of those who need it most.
We work with an independent, carbon neutral, B-corp roaster that sources and roasts the world’s rarest and highest quality specialty coffees. Coffees are sourced from producers that focus on developing meaningful narratives on the specialty movement, collaboration, and sustainability with respect to climate change.
Central Line CoffeeTM sources its coffee and packaging from Carbon Neutral suppliers.
